Remote access by OEDIV’s support team is enabled by the web-based remote support software TeamViewer.
The TeamViewer software allows our employees to access your system over the Internet and so provide you with support on your monitor, including interactively if applicable.
The TeamViewer client can be downloaded directly from our homepage and started without any need to install it. After you specify your TeamViewer ID and password, your support partner can access your system remotely.
