SAP S/4HANA is the new ERP software solution from SAP and the successor to the previous core product SAP ECC with Business Suite 7. The S stands for simple or suite, the 4 for the fourth product generation, and HANA for the underlying database technology. SAP S/4HANA is one of the biggest leaps forward, entailing the most extensive changes in the SAP software suite in the past decades.
The changes relate to the platform on which S/4HANA can be operated (x86 and Power9), as well as the database (SAP HANA). In addition, the entire database model, the interface (Fiori apps), SAP’s own programs and, of course, the functionality have been adapted.
Certain key functions are already contained in the digital core of SAP S/4HANA. Other functions are available as Line of Business (LoB) Solutions. These solutions offer additional functionality, but have to be installed and licensed separately.

Our Data Management Solution aims to ensure audit-proof erasure of data in the SAP HCM system in compliance with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
